Captain’s Endorsement: I acknowledge that my Captain is aware of this request, and understand that the request must be Brigade-endorsed by the Captain.

Station Use: I am aware of District SOP OG-01 and the associated memorandum stating that brigades must not use the station for any activity that is dangerous, offensive, noxious, illegal, or immoral, or that may cause a nuisance or annoyance to nearby properties or the general public.

Fundraising: I am aware that any fundraising activities must be conducted in accordance with Service Standard 1.1.16 – Fundraising Activities (Provision of Goods and Services).

Vehicle Use: I acknowledge that all vehicles utilised by brigades or their members must be returned fully fuelled, clean, and tidy, and I take responsibility for ensuring all drivers are aware of this requirement.
