Below is the Northern Beaches RFS Course/Assessment Evaluation. We ask members to provide honest constructive feedback in regards to District Training. PLEASE NOTE: In this evaluation there is an option there for the participant to leave their name. We encourage members to provide their name so that if the District L&D Officer requires more detail in regards to your feedback then they can make contact. Feedback is provided back to the instructors BUT in a redacted format so member’s comments are made anonymously.
